The structure of the exercise regimens is outstanding. I love the variety and design. This is the reason I keep coming back to Koko. I can see that the regimens are based on the most up to date principals of modern sports medicine. Before Koko I found my exercise regimens to become stale and I would plateau, but not with Koko, never with Koko. The cardio regimens have a great variety and instruction from Michael Wood and the new trainer is outstanding! The variety of challenges is great and the time also fits into my schedule.

Koko has the flexibility that I need. I have two kids, ages 7 and 9, and work full time outside the home as an attorney. Life is crazy, unpredictable, and different from day to day. Fortunately, my 'personal trainer' is always ready to go whenever I can get there. I've been to the club as early as 7:30 a.m., and as late as 10:45 p.m.. I've driven home at lunchtime, or stopped by on my way to pick up the kids at their afterschool program. Whenever I have a spare half-hour, I can just fit it in. I cannot say enough GREAT things about my FitClub experience! The 1st day I met with them for a "tour", I was sold. "Sign me up, now"! I literally cannot wait for the end of my workday, so I can get to the club. It is non-competitive, personal, with a low-key, friendly & encouraging atmosphere! Fitness has always played a roll in my life. I joined my first gym at 17 and have never looked back - until I had kids. I had my first at 28 and then my son at 30. Between pregnancies I would try to lose the baby weight. We had a full gym in the basement, I tried shredding and pilates. I stayed active during my pregnancies, but still was frustrated at how my body looked a year after each child was born. I picked up running and would run 5-10 kilometers 4 or 5 times a week. But no matter how often or how far I ran, it never did the trick. Then I joined Koko Fit Club in July 2010. At first I was just in love with the schedule. Forty-five minutes 3 times a week? No problem! I could easy fit that into my busy schedule as a working mom of 2. I could squeeze workouts in before the kids got up in the morning, or between soccer games on the weekend. It was easy. Within 2 months I started to see a real change in my body. Old muscles were returning, and there were some that I had never seen in 15 years of working out on my own!! Triceps for crying out loud! I realized that it was the comprehensiveness of the program that was having the biggest impact. I wasn't just working on my "favorite" muscles (we all tend to focus on a few - for me it was bicep, calves, abs) - I was forced to work on ALL of them. What a concept! I've now been a member for a year and have been pretty consistent in my commitment (save the odd cold or trip that kept me away for a week or two). I still love going. I love the challenge and I look forward to my next strength test. Last weekend I participated in a mini-triathlon with my daughter. I am a 33 year old mother of 2 and I can honestly say that my body has never looked better. THANK YOU KOKO FIT!

I am a 42-year-old diabetic. When I started Koko FitClub in February of 2012, my diabetes was not doing so well and I was looking at going on insulin instead of medication. My A1C (3 month average of blood sugar) was 9.1, which is an average of 214. Blood sugars should range from 75-124 per my doctor. When I started Koko my weight was 251 pounds and my cholesterol was 297. My waist was 38 inches and my clothes were tight. I was wearing extra-large shirts. It has been six months and I just did my blood work again. My A1C is now at 5.1, which is perfect. That is a 3 month average of 119. My weight is now 203 pounds!! 48 pound weight loss!!!! My cholesterol is now at 198, down into the good range. My waist is 34 inches and shrinking. Not only am I losing weight by staying with Koko, but my energy level is up. I only get tired at night and not during the day like I had been. I could have done some of this without Koko, but without the constant motivation of the Koko staff in Rapid City, SD and the constant encouragement from my family, there is no way I could have done it. Thank you so much Koko for giving my life back and helping show me that with some simple changes and a positive attitude, it is possible to get back the things you love the most.

So here's the deal: Male, early 40's, hates working out -- I mean HATE! There are very few things in life that I dislike more than spending time exercising in a gym. Having said that; I know that taking care of myself physically is an important thing at my "advanced" age. With this mind there I was online and read about Koko FitClub. My first impression was Koko is such a bad name it must be good. I mean come on, there just has to be something totally awesome going on in this place that the big brains behind this franchise must have figured that if they named it something really cool, then the lines would be so long that the gym would implode from it's own success. The moment I drove up, parked, and started it just felt right. Like that Tom Cruise movie "you had me at hello". The video kept me occupied, the time of 30 min is just perfect for my lack of focus, and the results have been very surprising. I can run faster and jump higher and I drink less coffee. My wife tells me this is good. At first I thought that the email feed back loop would be something that I would not be interested in and was just a gimmick. To my surprise I have found that the data is helpful and has totally allowed me to quantify my time expended and results. My favorite part is the fact that I have lifted 224,769 lbs. I am not really sure what that means or if it is impressive but I keep bragging about it to anyone who will listen. My son thinks it's cool.

I joined Koko FitClub just after signing up for Weight Watchers Online. My goal was to lose 10 lbs. I was completely dedicated to working out 3 times a week and eating healthy. I've been using Koko for about 4 months and seeing excellent results. I was initially concerned about the requirement to sign up for a year, but now I'm glad I did it. I've worked out for years on my own ... researching which exercises to do and how much weight to use. Over the years I did this on my own I did not experience the excellent results that I've experienced using the Koko Smartraining machines. I am now at a weight I haven't seen since I was in my early 30s back in the late 80s - and my muscle mass is very visibly increasing as is my strength and endurance. If you eat right and exercise on the Koko Smartrainer 3 times a week you WILL see weight loss and muscle gain. I wholeheartedly recommend Koko.

It doesn't let you get away with "cheating" by using momentum to lift the weight and gravity to put it back down. And when it comes to the day after my workout, it's easy to see why only 30 minutes is sufficient when you train at Koko. Any longer and I might have a problem getting out of bed!
